1.	Risk in goods is accepted upon receipt of goods. Ownership of goods remains with York Motor Factors Ltd until full payment is made. Permission is granted allowing York Motor Factors Ltd to repossess any unpaid goods at any time by any means.
2.	All invoices are due and payable by or on the 21st day of the month following the month of invoice. NO exceptions can be made to the length of credit allowed and account facilities may be suspended or withdrawn if not settled by the due date.
